The company principal is Allen Maruzzi, a licensed real estate Appraiser since 1992 and owner of A. M. Appraisal Services since 1995.  Allen is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Boston with a B. A. Degree in political science.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce.  Allen currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Assessors for the town of Winthrop.
